Stellar Computer Consulting wants you to know that we appreciate you as a subscriber and we are always looking for opportunities to significantly improve our services. On that note, we will be upgrading the services that we provide to you during the month of August 2011.

As part of these upgrades we will be adding a new 24 Hour Support and Billing Center. The new staff is very excited to join our team and hope that you’ll be pleased with the quality of service that they’ll be providing.

 

So we can provide better, faster services, and automatic payments, we will be enforcing your prepaid billing policy.


Here are some of the changes that you will notice under the new billing system and added support staff…

1) New 24 Hour Customer Service and Technical Support Contact Information:

We are pleased to introduce a new call center, which will help support all aspects of your account. You can reach our new 24 hour toll-free support line by calling (406) 265-6333, or by email at support@stellarcorp.com.

2) New Internet Payment Mailing Address: (for payments by check)

3) Automatic Payments:

You can now setup an automated credit/debit card payment or electronic check payment and have your monthly rate automatically charged to your bank account each month!

4) Email Invoicing:

Email invoice statements will be sent around the 10th of each month and will be due by the 25th of the month to prepay your next billing cycle.

5) New Website: 

* Online Account Management – Make your payment online, check payment history, change your password, etc!

 

* Customizable Spam Filtering - To minimize junk email, login and set it to your preference!

* Web Email Access – Stay in touch from the road with any internet connection!
